Stop paying forclicks that neverturn into customers.

I've worked in paid search for 19 years. On a free 30-minute call, I'll ask about your goals and what's getting in the way, and mostly listen. Afterwards I dig into your account on my own and follow up with what I find.

What I usually find

Most paid search accounts I look at have at least one of these problems. None of them show up in a monthly report.

  • Ads showing for the wrong searches

Loose match types and thin negative keyword lists let unrelated searches eat the budget. You only catch it by reading the search terms report every week.

  • Conversion tracking that counts the wrong things

Page views logged as leads, tags firing twice, job seekers filling out the contact form. Google's bidding learns from all of it.

  • Campaigns split too thin

Smart bidding needs volume. Spread across a dozen small campaigns, it never gets enough data, and you pay while it guesses.

  • The same budget for everything

The campaigns that work run out of money by noon, while the ones that don't spend all day.

Mike Kowieski

Meet Mike Kowieski

In 19 years of paid search I've managed more than $1 billion in ad spend for over 75 clients, from small startups to State Farm.

Most agencies hand your account to junior staff. I don't. I run every account myself, and there's no account manager in the middle. No agency fluff.

How the call works

  1. Fill out the form, then pick a time on the next page.
  2. We talk for 30 minutes. I'll ask about your goals and what you've already tried.
  3. Afterwards I do a deep dive on your account on my own and follow up with what I find. If ongoing management makes sense, I'll tell you what it costs. If it doesn't, I'll say so.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Nothing. It's a 30-minute call.

We already have an agency. Is this still worth it?

Most people I talk to do. The call is about what you want from the account and where it's falling short. If I think I can do better, I'll show you after I've looked at it.

We spend less than $10,000 a month. Should we still book?

Yes. The call is shorter, and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

What happens after I send the form?

You'll land on a page with my calendar. You'll also get an email from me with the same link, in case you'd rather book later.

Do you need access to our account first?

No. The call is a conversation. If it looks like a fit, I'll ask for read-only access afterwards so I can dig in.
